    • If you are not happy with our reseller program then you can cancel your Reseller Account at any time.

    • Yes, you can. You can set the selling prices for all products and services individually as per your preferred profit margin. You can also offer special discounts to your customers. We also have a global pricing option for certain products that lets you quickly set the pricing for most of your products easily.

    • We provide WHMCS for billing and payment to our reseller partners. It supports many payment gateways by default and you can also add more 3rd party payment gateways as well. You can use any WHMCS compatible payment gateway of your choice.

    • We will indirectly provide support to your customers thru you. You can discuss customer service issues with our tech support team who will provide you with expert advice and help you resolve your customer service issues efficiently.

    • There is no upfront fee or fixed monthly fee to become a reseller. However you will have minimum monthly business targets to maintain your reseller status.

    • Yes, you will get reseller discount based on your monthly billing. Your reseller discounts will vary based on the volume of recurring business revenue you generate. You can make bulk purchases at a discounted price every month and resell services to your customer based on monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly billing plans. Renewal subscription-based products or services are billed to you based on your original order value.

    • If you do not have enough resources available in your account to provision your customer order then such order will not get provisioned till you have made necessary order and provision arrangements with us. It is like maintaining the necessary stock of inventory before you directly sell your customer or you will have to wait till your customer’s order reaches you for further delivery.

    • An affiliate is someone who promotes someone else’s products or services to potential customers on their website, in return for a commission for any sale that occurs.

    • Our affiliate program is a revenue sharing program where the affiliate (that’s you!) drives traffic to our web site in exchange for commissions on sales of our services

    • Anyone who owns a website can become an affiliate with us simply by hosting banners and affiliate links for our organization on their website.

    • They are special links provided by us to you (our affiliate) to track sales generated by you.

    • When a visitor on your site clicks on the affiliate link to our site and completes a purchase, you get a commission on every service they buy from us.

    • Anyone can become an affiliate, but we do reserve the right to refuse membership to our site or revoke your membership at any time if we deem that your site contains objectionable content or violates any of our Affiliate Agreement conditions.

    • Yes, you can. To become a member of the Affiliate Program, all you need to do is share the affiliate link / code in your network either through a website, blog, social media network or even via email. Sharing link via EMAIL should not be used for SPAMMING.

    • There are 3 basic steps to follow:

      • Select your banner and get HTML Code
      • Place banner ad code on your site and start earning!

    • No. As long as you are an active affiliate for the Basic Affiliate Program. The Basic Program is free to join while you can join the Advanced Program starting at a nominal cost.

    • We offer a commissions up to 25% on most products additionally you get INR 1000.00 as signup bonus.

    • Hiya Digital currently offer affiliate commission payment methods as below:

      • For Indian Affiliates: By Cheque / Net Banking / Credit To your customer account.
      • For International Affiliates: By PayPal / Credit To your customer account

    • Your Commissions for the current months earning are paid at the end of the next month. For e.g. your commissions for the month of June will be paid at the end of July. Commission payments are issued subject to minimum of INR 5000.00 commission balance in your account.

    • We track affiliate sales by using cookies which record a customer’s visit and IP address and carry that information from the Affiliate’s website to ours. The cookie enables the sale to be attributed to the Affiliate’s account that hosted the link, ensuring that the Affiliate receives their payment for the sale.

    • We use a 60 day cookie, which enables you to earn a commission up to 60 days after someone clicks on your ad code and makes a purchase with us

    • Hiya Digital keep the cookie active for 60 days. If the customer decides to purchase the product from your site or directly from our site, you will be credited for the sale within the cookie validity period

    • You can just forward those queries to us and we will help the customer resolve any issues that they have with their account with us.
